HOW TO PLAY
-----------
 Upon startup, a background story will scroll (hit any key to skip the story). Once the story sequence is complete you will be presented with a main menu. Your options are as follows :
 
 -New Game    : Start a new game
 -High Scores : View the high scores
 -Credits     : View the credits
 -Quit        : Quit the game

 When you select "New Game" from the menu - the game will start automatically - be ready! Enemy ships will fly from the top of the screen to the bottom of the screen in many different patterns and speeds. As they approach your ship at the bottom of the screen, they will also 'shoot' at you. The objective of the game is to destroy as many of the enemy space ships as possible each round. For every ship you destroy you are awarded 10 points.
 At the end of each round you will be presented with the option to be able to [B]uy equipment. If you choose to purchase items a new screen will appear. From this screen you can select whether to buy more bullets/bullet speed/shields/shield speed/ or extra lives. Each item will cost you a certain amount of points. It's up to you to decide whether to sacrifice your points (which may gain you a high score) for items.
 Each time you are killed by an enemy, however, you will lose all of the upgrades previously purchased. The only items you will be left with is 3 shields (each time you die you will be given 3 shields).
 The game has 25 different levels on which you will be travelling. If you so happen to conquer level 25 - keep going! You will be warped back to level one. You may repeat the game as many times as you like! Loop through multiple times in order to achieve a mighty High Score!
 If you have achieved a high score, you will be promped to enter your name to the list. This will occur when you lost all your lives or if you hit ESC to quit the game. You may view the high score list at any time by accessing it in the main menu.

 
 Here is some information on what the purchaseable items do :

   MAX BULLETS   - This is the maximum amount of bullets that can be on the screen at once. 
   BULLET SPEED  - This is the delay which occurs between bullets. Purchasing this item                        LOWERS the delay. The lower the BULLET SPEED - the faster your bullets                      shoot!
   SHIELDS       - This is the amount of shields that you are carrying with you. The default                    amount is 3 (this is what you are equipped with each time you die)
   SHIELD LENGTH - This item will make your shields last longer. After you 'use' a shield it                    will only last for a certain amount of time. Buy this item to make them                    last longer!
   LIVES         - This is how many lives you have. Buy more lives to last longer!

-Im not really sure how to test memory, but it seems like you will need at
LEAST ~ 5mb. Lets just say ~10mb RAM just to be going overboardly-safe :)

-Using a space in your name when entering a high score will ruin the high score chart. (Sorry, I just don't know how to program it otherwise)
